Culinary & Craft School classes are presented within an all-new 3,000 square-foot timber-frame building, with a sweeping view of Echo Hollow from the back porch. Styled as a turn-of-the-century farmhouse, the building is a unique blend of American heritage traditions and state-of-the-art conveniences, including a spectacular Kitchen Showroom with Viking appliances, plasma TVs for overhead views and tiered seating for close-up viewing.
Classes are only $10.00 per person plus tax. Special event showcases, expert instructors, hands-on demonstrations and sampling are included in the class fee. View and print a full class schedule to help plan your visit. Classes are approximately 45 minutes in length and are limited to 34 people. These classes are not recommended for children ages 11 and under; parents/guardians please use your discretion when making reservations. Seating in the Demonstration Kitchen is open 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class, available on a first-come basis as you check-in at the Culinary & Craft School.
Advance reservations may be purchased online up to 1 day in advance of any class, and require full payment at time of booking. Class admission may also be purchased at the Culinary & Craft School for a class scheduled on the same day, prior to start time, subject to seating availability. Classes may be refunded if cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class. No refunds are provided due to inclement weather, unless the park is closed for the day or time of the class.
Future Culinary & Craft School offerings will include craft classes from holiday wreath-making to woodcarving, presented by Silver Dollar City experts and Master Craftsmen, as well as culinary special events, including classes for kids.
