Culinary & Craft School classes are presented within a warm and welcoming timber-frame building, with a sweeping view of Echo Hollow® from the back porch. Styled as a turn-of-the-century farmhouse, the building is a unique blend of American heritage traditions and state-of-the-art conveniences, including a spectacular Kitchen Showroom with Viking appliances, plasma TVs for overhead views and tiered seating for close-up viewing.
Classes are only $12 per person plus tax*. Expert instructors, hands-on demonstrations and sampling are included in the class fee. Seating in the Demonstration Kitchen is open 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class, available on a first-come basis as you check in at the Culinary & Craft School.
Reservations may be purchased online, by calling 800-475-9370 or at the Culinary & Craft School, subject to seating availability. Full payment is required at time of booking. Classes may be refunded if cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class. No refunds are provided due to inclement weather, unless the park is closed for the day or time of the class.
