Midwest Living^® and Silver Dollar City bring to life traditional recipes, coupled with the best of today’s fare selected directly from the test kitchens of Midwest Living. Classes are offered each operating day from March through December.

Silver Dollar City’s Master of Culinary Arts, Debbie Dance Uhrig, teaches 60 minute classes, presenting seasonal recipes, tips and cooking secrets from her lifelong cooking career, and from Midwest Living’s best recipes of yesteryear and today.

And as a special thank-you to our class participants, each student receives the current issue of Midwest Living along with a FREE one-year subscription!

The school makes its home in a charming 1880s style timber-frame farmhouse. Showcasing our BIGGEST presentation of handcrafted work to date, the interior rooms feature functional and decorative items made by Silver Dollar City craftsmen.
